I dropped the car off on the 15th of may. However, leaving was my fault but still felt as if they didn't help me. Had the distinct feeling they did not check and did not care. Called multiple times to asked if they had recovered it. I asked about my 60.00 deposit they said it would be refunded with no problem at drop off. Large dents in the from and back not very clean on inside and cigarette burns on the seats. He called my insurance to make sure my documents were not fake. I provided my insurance and was still harassed. I was harassed about insurance on the car. We waited for 45 minutes to be picked up. Pros: Car drop off was the only thing that was not filled with complications.Ĭons: The pick up of the car to an extra hour. This entire experience has been a fiasco with lots of wasted hours and phone calls. I've had great experience with Enterprise in the past but they shouldn't allow customers to book rentals that they can't support internally. I was told I would be contacted by the OKC airport location but I returned several days ago and am still waiting. I returned the car to the agreed upon city location in Houston but they were unable to give me a receipt because of the aforementioned issue with picking up and dropping off at other locations. I had to go back to the airport the next day to try to get my rental straightened out since phone customer support was useless. Apparently this isn't supported internally at Enterprise and causes all kinds of issues. Enterprise allows customers to reserve cars online that pick-up at airport locations and return to city locations. Neither of the 2 employees could get their tablets to work. Aug 2021 It took more than an hour to get my car at the OKC airport.
